Hi, i'm Elizabeth!

I have been lucky enough to call fitness and nutrition a career since 2011, from working at world-renowned gyms in NYC like Mark Fisher Fitness and Physique57, to private boutique gyms, and now fulfilling my dream running my own business (and being a full time mom!).  My articles have been the top-performing blogs on the Mark Fisher Fitness website since 2016, I have appeared on The Fitness Blitz Podcast, Fit n Chips Podcast, the Female Fitness Entrepreneur Summit, and have been interviewed for numerous fitness blogs.  My goal is to continue growing as a coach and entrepreneur every single day, and I'm driven to bring solid content and helpful strategies to all my clients and followers.

My interest in fitness and nutrition, however, started many years ago...

I grew up a dancer and had a love for workout VHS's (LOL - yes, I said VHS).  I was raised eating healthily and I loved working out but I wasn't equipped with strategies to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, especially during my first professional career as a performer.  Knowledge is power.  It wasn't until I became a fitness and nutrition coach, and stepped away from performing that I was able to achieve a balanced, healthy approach.

My mission is to share this knowledge and these strategies to help others achieve empowerment in fitness and nutrition.

I am a magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University, a Certified Functional Strength and Conditioning coach (MBSC), Strong First Kettlebell Instructor, TRX-1 certified, Precision Nutrition Student and Pre and Post-natal certified through Girls Gone Strong.

my mentors

In NYC, I taught as a barre instructor at Physique57, now global, training hundreds of strong women on all walks of life, including Erin Andrews, Abigail Breslin and Norma Kamali.

I also was a strength and fitness coach at Mark Fisher Fitness, and was honored to train Lin Manuel Miranda, Broadway director Jerry Mitchell, and even Cynthia Nixon!

But it isn't this star-studded roster that brought me to where I am today.  I credit the incredible coaches and mentors I've had, including Mark Fisher (and all my colleagues at MFF), Molly Galbraith of Girls Gone Strong, Artemis Scantilades of Iron Body, the entire team at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Dr. Stacy Sims, and so many more. These are the people who define me, continue to challenge me to get better as a human and as a coach.

Share your knowledge.
It’s a way
to achieve immortality.
