This initial, all-inclusive four week program is a great intro to coaching with me, whether you have formal experience or not.  I will meet you where you're at every step of the way.

  • Initial 15-minute consultation to get to know one another and chat about the program and your goals 

  • Three progressive workouts to do each week for 4 weeks

  • Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options

  • Equipment-free and Gym-based options

  • Custom macronutrient goals

  • An empathetic, habits-based approach to nutrition coaching

  • Weekly coaching questions/homework proven to help you take action

  • Open access to Elizabeth throughout the week via text or email

  • BRAND NEW!!  A high protein recipe book with over 50 recipes, including options for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, under 30 minutes, etc!  This recipe book includes an optional schedule for meal planning.  Each recipe is embedded with a bar code with all nutrition info to scan directly into My Fitness Pal.

  • A coaching experience full of education and empowerment to establish healthy habits far beyond these 4 weeks

  • What happens after 4 weeks?  Because lifestyle change takes time, I offer a special members-only rate of $99/month to continue with coaching and accountability.  I recommend completing the full 12-week curriculum for the best results.

  • And of course, tons of enthusiastic cheerleading and support!
