I am a technique queen.  My first goal as a trainer is to keep you safe by teaching proper technique and holding you to that standard.

I believe in approaching fitness and nutrition with attention to mind, body and soul.  Using a combination of research-based techniques and habit coaching to lead each client to their goals.

 

Workouts incorporate strength training, metabolic conditioning and bodyweight exercises along with mobility and breathing drills for a strong and vibrant life.

I strive to educate each client with as much knowledge as possible.  Not only the "what" but the "why".

I believe that each workout is an opportunity to practice strength, not punishment for past food choices, and that eating healthy without restriction brings us to the ultimate happiness and confidence we truly desire.
