Chicken Sausage with Peppers

Try this for a healthy, fast dinner!

 

  • 3 Buffalo Thin 'n Trim chicken sausages (no preservatives, wheat free, soy free, made with lean chicken and thigh meat, fully cooked)

  • 1 orange bell pepper

  • 1 sweet vidalia onion 

  • 1/4 small avocado

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 2 tbsp Brianna's Lemon Tarragon Dressing

  • Coconut oil cooking spray

  • S + P to taste


Heat bell pepper and onion on medium heat in skillet, lightly coated with coconut oil cooking spray.  Add sausages and brown on all sides.  Takes 5-8 minutes since they are already cooked!  Salt and pepper to taste.


Mix spinach with dressing, top with avocado.


Garnish with fresh dill. Voila!  Super healthy dinner literally under 15 minutes.  YOU'RE WELCOME.
